Send Happy Mail & Girl Scout Cookies

Combining efforts to make a difference...

Each year, the Girl Scouts of Colorado send boxes of cookies to U.S. Troops to provide a little taste of home for those far away.

As part of a combined effort, Send Happy Mail donated over 1000 HAPPY MAIL stickers for Operation Cookie. The stickers were put on boxes of Girls Scout Cookies and sent to the U.S. Troops.

There are thousands of troops overseas and here at home
who could use some Happy Mail.

Operation Cookie
Bringing Smiles to our Wounded Warriors!

Making the world a better place is the heart of the Girl Scout program. That's why Girl Scouts of Colorado has created the Operation Cookie program--sending cookies to the troops. You can show your support for the brave military men and women who have served our country and returned to Colorado with life-changing injuries by helping us send Girl Scout Cookie Happy Mail to our Wounded Warriors.

The Wounded Warrior program is part of the Girl Scouts' Hometown Heroes/Gift of Caring program which honors the non-profit organizations, food banks, uniformed and military personnel who are so important to our communities.

Through these efforts, girls learn about the invaluable work of their recipients by taking tours, learning about careers in public service, and helping with service programs. Last year's statewide program provided 114,565 packages for hundreds of organizations. As part of our partnership with Send Happy Mail, our goal is to make sure each box sent becomes official Happy Mail and includes a cheerful Happy Mail sticker!
